5D4N KEELUNG ISLET & JIUFEN NORTHERN TOUR ITINERARY

DAY 1 (NO MEAL) : ARRIVAL / TAOYUAN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT / TAIPEI

Meet and greeting by local guide, transfer to Taipei for check-in (+/- 1 hour by bus) 

Overnight : Taipei Hotel (4-5*)

DAY 2 (B/L/-) : TAIPEI / TEA POT MOUNTAIN (HIKING) / GOLD MUSEUM / JIUFEN OLD STREET / TAIPEI

In the morning, we will go to Teapot Mountain for hiking (4km round trip) is one of the famous moderate hiking trails with beautiful green lush hills and a spectacular coastline view of East China Sea. After reaching the top of teapot mountain, the hiking trail will return to Gold Museum - an eco-museum with gold mining history during the Japanese colonial and a 220 kg pure gold bar display. Jiufen Old Street – a charming gold mining little village that looks like the spirited away cartoon town, famous for its beautiful hillside scenery and local sweet taro snacks and fish ball soup. Return to Taipei for overnight

DAY 3 (B/L/D) : TAIPEI CITY TOUR

Today we will visit Martyrs’ Shrine – Monument erected to honor the hero, heroine of war and famous for the changing guard ceremony; Chiang Kai Shek Memorial Hall – A memorial hall erected in memory of former President of The Republic of China, Presidential Palace (pass by), Handicraft Center, Taipei 101 Mall – The Tallest building in Taiwan, Vigor Kobo Pineapple cake, and the Ningxia Night Market – the traditional night market that has savories street foods like Oyster omelet, Beef noodle, Stinky tofu, etc

Overnight : Taipei Hotel (4-5*)

DAY 4 (B/L/D) : KEELUNG ISLET / YEHLIU GEOPARK / XIMENDING 

Ride to Keelung by bus; the guest will continue the Keelung islet activities (+/- 3.5 hours) to experience a ferry ride circling the island, explore island tour, and lighthouse hiking. Continue to Yehliu Geopark (+/- 1 hour by bus), a landscape of honeycomb and mushroom rocks eroded by the sea on the north coast of Taiwan that well-known formations named for their shapes such as Queen's Head, Dragon's Head, Fairy Shoe, and Candlestick Rock. Return to Taipei visits Xi Men Ding Shopping Area – The Harajuku of Taiwan, where the shopping center and night market can be found in one place.

*Please prepare sun cream because the summer temperature in Taiwan is above 30 degrees Celsius.
